RMS Mix Add-On To RMS Coach Purchase
Exporting Content For Use On Smartphones/Tablets
Thanks for purchasing the RMS Mix Add-On option along with your RMS Coach Order!
Before you can use RMS Mix together with RMS Coach, you must first export at least one version of your show. There is no default content for this type of booking. So this is a necessary first step that lets your cast put the right content onto their iPhones, iPads, Android devices and tablets.
Please follow these important prerequisite instructions:

Edit the show per your needs (e.g. cuts, transpositions, tempo adjustments, reordering of songs/parts, etc.).

Click on the first song to be exported. If you want to export the whole show, make sure the top song is selected. The export process will start there and continue down to the end of the song list.

Select menu Tools → Export to RMS Mix. Follow the subsequent onscreen instructions to start the export.

When the export is complete, a dialog box will ask if you want to upload the content to the RMS Cloud. Answer "Yes" to this and click "Next."

If asked, log-in to your RMS account.

At this point, the upload should begin - and upon completion, the content will be available to your cast and production team. Here are instructions for accessing from an iPhone.
