I'm being told my system clock has been altered and I can't access your software! How do I re-sync my system clock?
First, regardless of your computer's make/model you must connect the computer to internet. Next, the instructions differ whether you're running a Windows or Mac.
Windows:
Open Settings
Select 'Time and Language'
Click 'Date and Time'
Enable the options to "Set Time Automatically" and "Set Timezone Automatically"
Click "Sync Now"
You should be good to go. Navigate back to our software. If you left it open while fixing the clock, click "Validate". If you closed the software, all you should have to do is reopen it.
Mac:
Click the Apple in the top left of your screen and go to System Preferences (or System Settings for newer Macs)
Go to Date and Time
Select "Set date and time automatically"
You should be good to go. Navigate back to our software. If you left it open while fixing the clock, click "Validate". If you closed the software, all you should have to do now is reopen it.
Now that you're fixed your system clock, you can disconnect from internet if necessary.
