First, someone at the organization needs to request the extension from within the program:

1. Launch the program. If it's already expired, run the trial.

2. Select menu Tools → Extend License.

3. Complete any required fields.

4. After submission, we'll confirm your license and send you an invoice.

After payment, here are the instructions for all previous users who need to extend on their respective machines:

1. Launch the program. If it's already expired, run the trial.

2. Click Tools → Extend License.

3. In the subsequent information dialog, click the Extend button.

4. You should now be extended. Confirm everything is okay by selecting menu Help → Registration Info and checking the listed expiration date.
